Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across diverse sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Produce high-impact reports and visualizations for stakeholders and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions and business models
- Represent the firm at global forums on future-focused topics and innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of foresight within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact assessment
- Proven ability to translate foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and human augmentation trends
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects delivered in the past 2 years
