Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to forecast technological and societal developments through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy transitions
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and represent InnovateFutures at global innovation forums
- Partner with R&D teams to align product development with future market realities
- Establish early-warning systems for disruptive threats and opportunities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi, etc.)
- Publication record in futurism or technology innovation domains
- Demonstrated success translating foresight into business strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures research preferred
