Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients facing exponential change
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate resilience solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build proprietary trend forecasting models using proprietary data platforms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into client operations
- Publish thought leadership in partnership with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with 2026+ focus
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published work in futures research or technology forecasting
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
