Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design ethical governance models for AI/ML implementations in regulated industries
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with emerging megatrends
- Produce foresight reports with data-driven scenario planning for 2026 technology adoption
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into development pipelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring the efficacy of long-term innovation initiatives
- Represent the company at global tech summits and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend analysis and technology roadmapping
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, causal layered analysis)
- Experience with scenario planning tools like GIGA or Scenarios Platform
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (FDA, FCC, EU AI Act)
