Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual Future Horizons reports analyzing emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socioeconomic disruptions
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives to navigate 5-15 year strategic uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify moonshot opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and venture capital firms
- Present visionary insights at global conferences and publish in industry-leading publications
- Mentor internal innovation teams on future-proofing product roadmaps
- Monitor global tech trends through proprietary foresight methodologies and data analytics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or scenario-planning frameworks
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, WFS) preferred
