Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive technologies to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning models for strategic decision-making under uncertainty
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-ready initiatives
- Produce comprehensive trend reports and strategic briefs for executive stakeholders
- Identify emerging threats and opportunities through horizon scanning methodologies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or corporate foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and quantitative forecasting techniques
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic publications
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
