In this position, you'll lead cross-functional teams to anticipate technological disruptions, identify disruptive business opportunities, and incubate next-generation solutions. You'll collaborate directly with C-suite executives to shape our innovation strategy, ensuring we remain ahead of industry shifts and capitalize on emerging paradigms.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating disruptive products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven scenarios
- Drive culture of innovation by implementing agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory changes affecting future markets
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching successful tech ventures or products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
- Experience with innovation frameworks like Lean Startup or Design Thinking
