- Translate foresight into compelling strategic narratives for executive stakeholders and investors
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking across the organization

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive leadership
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
