Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption
- Champion design thinking methodologies to prototype and validate future-facing concepts with rapid iteration cycles
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of external partners, academic institutions, and venture capitalists for collaborative innovation
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders using data-driven storytelling and visualizations

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist roles within tech or Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable market impact
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Mastery of design thinking, lean startup, and agile development principles
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, Engineering, or MBA preferred
