Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026-2030 market scenarios
- Present executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Produce thought leadership content (whitepapers, TED-style talks)
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, climate tech, neurotech, or space commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
