Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap for $2B+ portfolio
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, bio-convergence, AGI)
- Develop future-proofing frameworks for 50+ enterprise partners
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Manage cross-functional labs with 20+ futurists and data scientists
- Pioneer patent applications for breakthrough innovations
- Author annual 'State of the Future' industry whitepaper
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Published thought leader in exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Proven track record of scaling billion-dollar innovations
- Deep network with global innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in data visualization and predictive modeling tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
