Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate future-forward strategies into corporate vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for real-world challenges
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and investors
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Document and disseminate innovation frameworks across organization
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Advanced degree in Technology, Design, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-concept projects
