- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Analyze global macroeconomic indicators and geopolitical shifts for strategic impact
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products/services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented research or patents
