Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption and societal shifts
- Architect strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with C-suite vision and market evolution
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify high-impact disruption vectors
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce executive-ready trend briefings and strategic whitepapers
- Establish KPIs for tracking foresight accuracy and innovation ROI
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership on future trends or scenario planning
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous innovation cycles
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
