Responsibilities

- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market opportunities
- Coordinate innovation initiatives across engineering, product, and marketing departments
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation abilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
