Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate, biotech, geopolitical shifts) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios using horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Design strategic roadmaps for clients to navigate technological singularity and regulatory uncertainty
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive teams to embed foresight into innovation pipelines
- Publish thought leadership on future-of-work implications and sustainable business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Strategic Management, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Proven ability to translate complex future insights into executive-level recommendations
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, backcasting)
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and climate risk assessment tools
