- Develop and publish annual Future State Reports analyzing technological, societal, and economic megatrends through 2026
- Design strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integration, AI ethics)
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish foresight metrics to track innovation velocity and market disruption indicators
- Forge industry partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future outlook briefings to investors and key stakeholders quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on disruptive technologies or future-of-work evolution
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and weak signal detection
- Proven track record of executing transformational strategies across global markets
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
