Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026's business landscape

- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-tech insights into product development pipelines
- Present trend analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on technology disruption and future business models
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with 2026's technological trajectory
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and societal megatrends
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences and publishing thought leadership
