Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) and socio-economic trends
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps integrating innovation KPIs with business objectives
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive market transformations
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications and internal innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience at executive level
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy implementation success
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFt, APF) preferred
