- Author white papers and thought leadership content on future-of-work transformations
- Analyze quantitative/qualitative data to validate emerging trend hypotheses
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, startups, and policy institutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling narratives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
