- Design scalable innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 partners
- Curate annual 'Future Forward' summit with industry disruptors
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight analytics pipeline
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through data-driven proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technology trajectories
- Expertise in systems thinking, behavioral economics, and disruptive innovation models
- Proven track record of launching ventures with $10M+ valuation impact
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, etc.)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major industry transformation initiatives
