Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and economic indicators to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop future scenarios and strategic frameworks for enterprise clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Present visionary insights to C-suite executives through compelling narratives and data-driven storytelling
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops to embed foresight methodologies into client organizations
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and strategic innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing forward-looking business strategies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience facilitating high-stakes workshops with diverse stakeholder groups
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic innovation projects
