Responsibilities
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies with 5-10 year impact potential
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise adoption of emerging innovations in quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into executable R&D initiatives
- Produce trend analysis reports for executive decision-making on metaverse and Web3 integration
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness across organizational units
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and incubate next-generation startups
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies that delivered measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or WFS)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning tools
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Economics, or related field
