Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies, behavioral shifts, and regulatory changes impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Design bespoke strategic foresight workshops for C-suite executives, translating complex future scenarios into actionable roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints prototyping solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation challenges
- Author quarterly trend reports with predictive analytics and quantitative scenario modeling for Fortune 500 clients
- Curate an international network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers to validate emerging paradigms

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Strategic Foresight with 7+ years applied experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and systemic risk modeling
