- Develop future-proof talent acquisition and development strategies for tech roles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning for emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching successful future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
