Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year tech innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3, etc.) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify futuristic opportunities and competitive threats
- Develop business cases for next-gen tech investments with ROI projections
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and driving digital transformation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Porter's Five Forces, SWOT analysis)
