As a key member of our Future Labs division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and international think tanks to develop scenario-based roadmaps. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, investment strategies, and organizational resilience frameworks for Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing
- Develop 3-5 year strategic scenarios for enterprise clients using Delphi method and Monte Carlo simulations
- Create innovation frameworks that translate foresight into R&D priorities and market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities using predictive modeling and data visualization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong quantitative modeling skills (Python/R/SPSS) and data visualization mastery
- Proven track record of influencing enterprise strategy through futures research
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
