Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026+
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks for strategic foresight and innovation pipeline
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on next-generation solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy role
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or equivalent)
