Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps using scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing exponential growth strategies for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical technology adoption in workforce transformation
- Produce executive foresight reports influencing $500M+ investment portfolios
- Facilitate C-level workshops on emerging tech impacts and competitive disruption
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Fellows program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or Systems Dynamics
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives launched from foresight work
