Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite to align corporate strategy with future horizons
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce executive briefings on emerging technologies and their strategic implications
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready mindsets and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven experience developing 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and predictive modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
