Responsibilities

- Present compelling narratives to stakeholders using data-driven visualizations
- Build and maintain a horizon scanning ecosystem for real-time trend detection
- Advise on ethical implications of disruptive technologies and societal impacts
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic foresight effectiveness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Proven track record translating foresight into organizational strategy
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFCS preferred)
