- Lead scenario planning workshops for quantum computing integration and decentralized AI systems
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable insights for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces and neurotech applications
- Establish innovation pipelines for climate-positive tech and circular economy solutions
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and ethical tech governance
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global tech summits and policy forums shaping 2026+ regulations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work implications or digital transformation
- Experience with scenario planning tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
