- Design and lead cross-functional 'future labs' prototyping next-gen products/services
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into scalable commercial solutions
- Author thought leadership reports positioning Horizon Labs as the 2026 innovation authority
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with emerging tech pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready innovations
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech/future publications
