Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce strategic whitepapers and disruption assessments for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies and risk mitigation
- Present findings to investors, board members, and industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in futurism or tech innovation (journal articles, books)
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
