Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks through market research and trend analysis
- Collaborate with R&D to identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Design scenario-planning models for market disruption and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Lead innovation workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging tech assessment and scenario planning
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
