- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for 2026+ technology roadmapping
- Design ESG-compliant innovation pathways aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Present future-state scenarios to executive stakeholders for strategic decision support
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and futures literacy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technological forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic concepts
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology, neurotech)
