- Present technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee pilot programs for next-gen solutions (e.g., AR/VR, IoT ecosystems)
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and technology adoption metrics
- Mentor R&D teams in agile methodologies for rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation roles
- Proven experience forecasting 5+ year tech horizons
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech domains
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management/Engineering
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFS) preferred
