Qualifications

- Proven track record in scaling R&D initiatives
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism
- Experience with international regulatory frameworks
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
