Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Web3, quantum)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience scaling technology solutions in enterprise environments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future technology implementations
