Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Translate technical innovations into market-ready business cases and go-to-market strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Mentor junior innovators and cultivate an experimental culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems scenarios
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps (5-10 year horizons)
