Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 industry forecasts and market trends
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, Web4.0) for competitive integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic vision into actionable development plans
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruption and regulatory shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO roles
- Proven track record developing 5-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile and waterfall environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy publications
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
