Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic chips, decentralized networks)
- Drive innovation through cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and competitive benchmarking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or blockchain 3.0
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with tech specialization
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or similar tier-1 tech publications
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (NIST, ISO 21434)
