Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging tech
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience influencing C-suite decisions
