Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats and opportunities in post-2025 tech landscapes
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Partner with academic institutions on next-gen research initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or emerging tech product development
- Proven expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier publications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Experience scaling tech ventures from concept to market maturity
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system architecture modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCIP)
