Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3) for strategic integration by 2026
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze competitive landscapes and technological disruption vectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Mentor junior team members in future technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps beyond 2025
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Track record of launching successful tech initiatives in enterprise environments
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
