- Identify, evaluate, and integrate breakthrough technologies (quantum, AR/VR, bio-convergence) into product portfolios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Translate technical concepts into compelling business narratives for C-suite stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting innovation
- Drive patent strategy and intellectual property development for frontier technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record launching technologies with 3+ year market impact cycles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in Python/R for trend analysis
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L for tech initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of emerging technologies
