- Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technology adoption and ROI
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage technology partnerships with global research institutions and startups
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads on future technology integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in scaling digital transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies with published thought leadership
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Porter's Five Forces)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
