Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in launching AI/quantum/biotech innovations
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network with Silicon Valley tech leaders and research institutions
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience securing $1M+ R&D budgets and managing P&L
