- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with rapid iteration cycles
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups to accelerate innovation pipelines
- Create scenario models for technological disruptions and build adaptive frameworks
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in launching at least two disruptive tech products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical vision to non-technical stakeholders
