- Develop and execute technology strategy for 2026+ product roadmap
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering/design teams
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis and competitive technology landscape mapping
- Mentor junior strategists and foster innovation culture
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget and vendor partnerships
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, IoT, and quantum computing trends
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology foresight projects
